From shop floor to balance sheet, on one system
Microsoft Solutions for Manufacturing
We help manufacturers replace disconnected production, inventory, and finance systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform — so planning, costing, and delivery run off the same numbers.
What We Usually Find
- Production schedules built in spreadsheets that are stale by the time they are shared
- Inventory counts that disagree between the warehouse and the finance system
- No reliable view of true cost per unit until well after the month closes
- Quality and compliance records kept on paper or in email
How We Fix It
Each of these links through to the practice that delivers it.
Dynamics 365 for production & supply chain
Business Central or Finance & Operations covering production orders, BOMs, capacity planning, and warehouse management on one ledger.
Dynamics 365 ServicesAutomate supplier and order paperwork
UiPath robots handle purchase order entry, supplier invoice matching, and delivery note reconciliation.
RPA & Intelligent AutomationShop-floor apps and live dashboards
Power Apps for machine downtime and quality checks on a tablet, Power BI for OEE and scrap-rate reporting.
Power PlatformWhat Changes
- One inventory figure trusted by operations and finance
- Production plans that reflect real capacity
- Quality and audit records captured at the point of work
Manufacturing Questions
Can Dynamics 365 handle discrete and process manufacturing?
Yes. Dynamics 365 Business Central covers discrete manufacturing with BOMs, routings, and production orders. Finance & Operations adds process manufacturing, formula management, batch attributes, and multi-site planning for larger or more complex operations.
Will it integrate with our existing machines and MES?
Typically yes, through Azure IoT, Power Automate connectors, or direct API integration. During assessment we map every system that needs to exchange data and identify which integrations are standard connectors versus custom development.
