1. Agreement to Terms

3. Professional Consulting Engagements

All enterprise software implementation, Dynamics 365 customization, Power Platform development, and RPA consulting services provided by Tech West International are subject to master service agreements (MSA) and statements of work (SOW) executed separately between the client and Tech West International.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech West International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or reliance on any material published herein.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
