Move to the cloud without betting the business on it
Azure Cloud & Migration
We plan and execute Microsoft Azure migrations, modernize legacy workloads, and build cloud-native architectures — with cost governance and security designed in from day one, not bolted on afterwards.
Why Choose Our Azure Cloud & Migration
Key advantages that set our services apart and deliver real business value.
Predictable Cloud Spend
Right-sizing, reserved capacity, and cost alerting so your Azure bill does not drift upward unnoticed.
Security & Compliance
Landing zones built to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, with identity, network, and data controls in place from the start.
Migrate Without Downtime
Phased cutover plans with rollback paths, so business operations continue while workloads move.
Modernize as You Go
Lift-and-shift where it makes sense, re-platform to managed services where it pays back.
What We Offer
Deep expertise across every aspect of azure cloud & migration.
Cloud Migration
Assessment, dependency mapping, and phased migration of servers, databases, and applications into Azure.
Azure Infrastructure
Landing zones, networking, identity, and governance built on Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework guidance.
Cost Optimization
Find and remove waste in an existing Azure estate, then put controls in place to keep it from returning.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Recovery objectives agreed with the business, then implemented and actually tested.
Our Process
A proven methodology refined over hundreds of successful engagements.
Cloud Readiness Assessment
We inventory your estate, map dependencies, and identify which workloads should move, change, or stay.
Landing Zone Design
Identity, networking, security, and governance foundations designed before the first workload moves.
Migration Waves
Workloads move in planned waves, lowest risk first, each with a tested rollback path.
Validation & Cutover
Performance and integration testing in Azure before production traffic is switched over.
Optimize & Govern
Cost right-sizing, monitoring, and policy enforcement once workloads are running.
Ongoing Management
Continuous monitoring, patching, and cost review under a managed support agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an Azure migration take?
A straightforward lift-and-shift of a small estate typically takes 4 to 8 weeks including assessment. Larger environments with application modernization usually run 3 to 6 months, delivered in migration waves so value arrives before the whole programme finishes.
Will moving to Azure reduce our IT costs?
Not automatically. An unmanaged lift-and-shift often costs more than on-premises. Savings come from right-sizing, reserved capacity, shutting down idle resources, and moving to managed services where appropriate — which is why cost governance is part of our migration work rather than a later add-on.
Can we migrate without downtime?
Most workloads can be migrated with minimal or zero downtime using replication and phased cutover. Some legacy applications require a maintenance window, which we identify during assessment so it can be scheduled around your business calendar.
